The London edition was the first stop of the Hyper Island 2025 Europe Tour — kicking off a series of masterclasses designed to challenge how leaders think about AI, innovation, and what it means to lead in a permanently changed world.

Held at a raw, inspiring creative venue in Stoke Newington, the day brought together over 30 senior professionals from across industries for an experience that was equal parts practical and provocative.

The theme: The Future of Innovation in a Post-AI World. Not AI theory — but real frameworks, real tools, and real conversations built for people who need to lead now.

• Welcome & Intro — Meta Skills Meet AI An introduction to Hyper Island and Future Skills, unpacking the concept of Meta Skills and how they connect to AI and emerging technology.
• The Skills & Culture to Harness Emerging Tech Participants got to know each other through a dynamic, rapid rapport-building activity — then used the power of the network to generate ideas supercharged by AI.
• AI in Practice Demystifying the technical and non-technical jargon shaping AI conversations today. Exploring how AI is augmenting products, operations, and business models — starting with a vision, not a tool.
• Applied AI for Business Impact Where does your business stand on AI adoption? Hands-on experiments with Copilot, Gemini, Claude, Pi, and Perplexity — designing small-scale AI solutions with real business impact.
• AI, Ethics & Consequences If anything is possible with AI, what are you okay with? Turning prototypes into ethical provocations, exploring speculative personas, and understanding the importance of critical questioning.
• Reflections & Wrap Up Key insights and next steps from the day. All of us are beginners. There are no true AI experts yet — just learners ready to adapt, grow, and lead.
