It Happened
Milano brought together leaders, innovators and changemakers for a full-day immersive experience — hands-on sessions, real conversations, and bold ideas about navigating an AI-disrupted world.
The day unfolded at Spazio Ventura, one of the city's most iconic creative venues, creating the perfect backdrop for a masterclass at the intersection of design, technology and human leadership.
One Day.
One City.
One Shift.
The Milano edition was the second stop on the Hyper Island 2025 Europe Tour, following London. Held at Spazio Ventura — the legendary creative hub in the heart of Milan — the day brought together over 40 senior leaders from across industries.
The theme was The Future of Innovation: Post-AI World — a deep-dive into how organisations can move beyond AI hype toward real transformation. Participants left not just inspired, but with concrete frameworks to apply immediately.
Milan was chosen for its position as a global capital of design, creativity and business — a perfect home for a conversation about the future.
